Hamburger Barley Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. ground beef
1 large can tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes
1/2 lb. green beans
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped celery tops
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 diced potatoes
1/2 c. pearl barley
2 carrots, sliced
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Brown and then drain the ground beef and simmer for 45 minutes in 7 cups water, then add remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 hours or in large pressure pot for 10 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
