Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
4 large onions, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can (4 oz.) green chili peppers
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 c. milk
Doritos tortilla chips
Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook hamburger meat and onions until pink color is gone.
Stir in mushroom and chicken soup, enchilada sauce, green chili peppers and milk.
May freeze part of sauce to use later or make large casserole.
Will make 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Use alternate layers of Doritos chips, sauce and grated or sliced Velveeta cheese.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
