Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-2 chickens, cut up
flour to dust
salt and pepper to taste (may use Accent instead of salt)
half and half milk
oil
Preparation

Wash chicken thoroughly; drain; season with salt and pepper. Let stand overnight or 2-3 hours before fixing. Heat cooking oil in fairly deep pan slowly. Be sure it is hot before you put the chicken in. Dip chicken in a bowl or pan with half and half, then place chicken in bag with flour and shake well. Put chicken in hot oil, cooking on medium heat 15 minutes on each side until golden brown and well done.
