Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 box. brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. wine
8 slices of ginger
12 pieces of chicken, thighs
Preparation

Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch glass pan.
Mix first four ingredients and pour over chicken.
Place ginger slices around glass dish.
Cook at 375\u00b0 covered for 1/2 hour.
Then bake for another 1/2 hour uncovered.
