Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 slices bacon, cooked
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 (9 in.) pastry shells
Preparation
    Crumble 10 pieces bacon.
    Set aside.
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
    Alternate a layer of the cheese, bacon, onion and pepper mixture, and mushrooms on each pastry shell.
    In a small bowl blend together lightly beaten eggs, milk, flour, salt, Worcestershire sauce and basil.
    Pour half the mixture over each pie.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes.
    It is done when knife comes out clean.
