Earl'S 4-Way Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. red pepper
    1 c. cunines seed
    1 c. oregano
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    22 lb. ground lean beef or 3 to 4 lb. kidney suet (fat)
    1 c. chili powder
    1 c. paprika
    4 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. salt
Preparation
    Cook first 11 ingredients slowly for 4 to 5 hours.
    Add salt 15 minutes before taking up.
    Pour into pan to cool.
    Will keep a long time.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
