Carrots And Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 small bag carrots, diced or diagonally sliced
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 small bunch celery, diagonally sliced
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet heat oil over high heat.
    Add carrots, salt, sugar and water.
    On medium heat, covered, cook 7 minutes. Uncover, add celery and cook 5 to 7 minutes.
    Vegetables should be tender-crisp.
