Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    1 c. Deluxe chicken base
    6 heads broccoli
    4 c. ham
    10 slices Mozzarella cheese
    10 slices Swiss cheese
    8 c. all-purpose flour
    4 c. whole powdered milk
    8 to 12 c. water
Preparation
    Use 5-gallon pot.
    Fill with water to handle level.
    Add butter, chicken base and broccoli.
    When broccoli is tender, add ham and cheese.
    Stir. Mix together the flour, milk and water. Use a whip and beat until smooth.
    When broccoli is tender, add the flour mixture and stir.
    Heat to simmer and cook until thick and creamy.
    Check for flavor and add more chicken base if needed.
