Deep Dish Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick and water; knead 20 times.
    Pat into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Brown meat and drain grease.
    Saute meat with onion, garlic and salt.
    Mix in tomato sauce and seasoning.
    Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, adding a little water if necessary.
    Pour mixture over the dough.
    Add mushrooms and pepper; top with cheese.
    Bake about 20 minutes in a 425\u00b0 preheated oven.
