Zucchini Puree - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, quartered and sliced
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. boiling water
2 bouillon cubes
4 c. zucchini, diced
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/4 c. parsley leaves
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Saute onion in oleo until tender.
Add all ingredients except parsley.
Cook 5 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
Pour into blender, add parsley and puree.
Cover and watch out for leakage, it's hot!
Serve hot or cold.
