Fiesta Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
2 c. fresh tomatoes, diced
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Cook onion in
margarine, then blend in flour.\tStir in Velveeta cheese
and
tomatoes;
cook
until the cheese melts. Add corn, pepper
and
salt.
