Oriental Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Italian dressing
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. light brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 lb. snow peas (2 c.)
    1 medium red pepper, chopped
    1 can whole baby corn, drained and cut into thirds (15 oz.)
Preparation
    In 2-quart microwave casserole dish, blend Italian dressing, soy sauce, brown sugar and ginger.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
    Microwave, uncovered, at High for 6 minutes or until crisp-tender.
