Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot milk
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Scald milk.
Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Add hot milk slowly.
Cook 20 minutes.
Beat egg yolks and add slowly.
Cool and add vanilla.
Put in pie crust after adding sliced bananas. Top with whipped cream.
