Fire House Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation
    In a 2-quart bowl, combine ground beef, cornflakes, evaporated milk, onions, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce; mix well.
    With wet hands, shape mixture into 16 meatballs.
    Place meatballs in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven 20 minutes, or until lightly browned on the outside and cooked medium on the inside.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
