Gypsy Rabbit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. rabbit, cut up
1/4 c. flour
pepper, salt and parsley
1 c. white onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil (butter)
1 qt. boiling water
1 c. rice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Shake rabbit pieces, several at a time, in paper or plastic bag with flour, pepper, salt and parsley.
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil or butter in heavy frypan until soft.
Then, piling the onions and garlic to one side, brown the rabbit.
Pour in boiling water to cover; add rice, seasoned salt and paprika. Cover tightly and simmer for 20 minutes.
