Anne Pepper'S Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soda cracker crumbs (coarse)
    2 c. medium white sauce
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
    1 (7 oz.) can pimento pieces
    4 hard-boiled eggs, grated
Preparation
    In a greased baking dish place a layer of cracker crumbs, moisten with half of the white sauce, next add layer of cheese, then a layer of pimentos and eggs.
    Repeat these layers.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
