Tofu Parmigiana(Serve With Tossed Salad And Crisp Bread.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. firm tofu
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 large egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2/3 c. seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
    2 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms (can or jar)
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crumbled
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Drain tofu, then cut in 12 even slices.
    Arrange in a flat pan or dish.
