Amish Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie crust
    4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
Preparation
    Place apples in unbaked pie crust.
    Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Add cream, egg and vanilla.
    Blend well.
    Pour over apples.
    Bake on lowest rack of oven for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
