Mattie'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) container pineapple yogurt
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. grated lemon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease Bundt pan.
    Beat butter, sugar, flour, soda, salt, pineapple yogurt, eggs and vanilla on low speed in large bowl.
    Sift the flour twice.
    Blend well.
    Increase speed to medium and beat 3 minutes.
    Pour into Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    When cake is cool, mix together confectioners sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
