Pumpkin Pie Recipe(Makes One 9-Inch Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) pie crust
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 3/4 c. (16 oz. can) Libby's solid pack pumpkin
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. (12 fl. oz. can) undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
Preparation

In large bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and evaporated milk.
Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for an additional 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Top with cooled pie as desired.
