Zucchini Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium zucchini
1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. diced American cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
chopped pepperoni
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 Tbsp. rice
1 c. spaghetti sauce

Preparation

Microwave sliced zucchini a few minutes or until slightly cooked, not mushy.
Combine with rest of ingredients and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, in the microwave oven.
This can also be cooked in the crock-pot or in the oven.
