Macaroni Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    8 oz. small macaroni, cooked and drained
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper as desired
    small pepperoni (optional)
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions together (drain).
    Mix with macaroni. Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Toss well.
    Top with cheese and pepperoni (optional).
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
