German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
5 strips bacon, diced
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook potatoes.
Cool and dice.
Place in baking dish.
Fry bacon with minced garlic.
Stir in flour and sugar.
Add mixed vinegar and water slowly.
Stir until sauce is formed, then add onion.
Pour hot sauce over potatoes and season to taste.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
