Individual Taco Salad Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

flour tortillas
oil (for deep frying)
Preparation

Heat oil in deep fryer to 375\u00b0.
Place one tortilla in oil. Let float 5 to 10 seconds.
Press center of tortilla down with a metal ladle.
Tortilla will form a bowl shape around ladle.
Hold down and fry 1 to 2 minutes longer or until a golden brown color. Drain upside down on paper towels until completely cooled before filling.
