Beef Stew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew meat
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    3/4 c. sherry
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Combine
    the
    soup, soup mix and sherry and spread over the meat
    in a prepared casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, for 3 hours at
    325\u00b0.
    Mushrooms
    may
    be
    added and are very good. This dish is very, very good and easy to make!
