Avocado And Chive Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ripe avocado
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt
    whole wheat bread
Preparation
    Peel and remove seed from a ripe avocado.
    Mash with a silver fork and mix into it 2 tablespoons chopped chives and lemon juice. Season with salt.
    Spread between thin slices whole wheat bread (or use one slice whole wheat and one white).
    Trim and cut into triangles.
