Microwaved Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples
    4 tsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. butter
    2 tsp. raisins
    dash of cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Core apples (any variety except Red Delicious), leaving blossom end intact.
    Peel away skin from top (about 1/4 way down), to prevent bursting.
    Fill apples with butter, sugar and raisins. Add cinnamon dash on top.
    Add 2 tablespoons of water to dish. Microwave covered on High 5 minutes.
    Cook until tender.
    Serve with cream or ice cream.
