Country Chicken N' Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation

In greased oblong cake pan, combine first 3 ingredients and 1 cup cheese.
Blend soup and 3/4 cup milk in saucepan, pour over casserole.
Bake, covered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine Bisquick, 2/3 cup milk and 1/2 cup onion rings; mix.
Drop by spoonfuls 6 biscuits around edge.
Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Serves 6.
