Hawaiian Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. canola oil
    2 medium bananas, diced
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Sift together the first 5 ingredients.
    Mix in beaten eggs and oil.
    Fold in bananas, pineapple and nuts until well mixed by hand.
    Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
    Fold in batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
