Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    hot sauce to taste (optional)
    small can shrimp, drained and rinsed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
    Serve with chips and crackers.
    Frozen cooked shrimp may be used or cooked fresh shrimp.
