Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. broccoli florets
1/2 lb. crumbled crispy bacon
1 c. raisins
1/2 medium red onion
1/4 c. toasted pine nuts
1 c. low-fat mayo
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation

Toss broccoli, bacon, raisins, onion and toasted pine nuts in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine mayo, sugar and vinegar. Fold into broccoli mixture. Store covered in refrigerator.
