Chatters(Crab Melt-Aways) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 jar Old English cheese
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
8 English muffins, split

Preparation

Let butter and cheese soften.
Mix with mayonnaise and seasonings.
Add crabmeat.
Spread on muffins.
Freeze for 10 minutes, then broil until bubbly.
Cut into quarters like pie slices.
May be made and frozen a couple of weeks in advance.
No thawing necessary.
Makes 5 dozen.
Great for holiday appetizers!
