Special Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

Combine.
Shape the mixture into a loaf about 8 x 4 x 1 1/2-inch and place in a lightly greased shallow baking pan. Brush top with additional Heinz, if desired, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Allow meat loaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
