Mashed Potato Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 1/3 c. Potato Buds
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Grease pie plate.
    Prepare potatoes and 1 slightly beaten egg and green onion.
    Spread in pie plate evenly.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
