Chocolate-Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar (set aside)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 oz. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 glass pan).
    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients.
    Blend 1 minute at low speed.
    Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Pour 1/2 the batter (2 1/2 cups) into greased pan.
