Green Chili Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    2 small cans green chilies
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    garlic powder or minced garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    2 c. grated cheese (Colby or Cheddar)
Preparation
    Brown ground meat; season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic; drain fat.
    Return to heat and add soup and green chilies. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Then dip tortillas in mixture; line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with tortillas.
    Add 1/2 of the meat sauce and 1/2 of the cheese.
    Repeat layers as before; top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
