Molly Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. light cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. skim milk, divided
4 Tbsp. Molly McButter all natural cheese flavor sprinkles
dash of paprika
dash of white pepper
Preparation

In blender bowl, combine cream cheese, flour, 1/2 cup milk, Molly McButter, paprika and pepper.
Blend on medium speed 2 minutes until smooth.
Add remaining milk.
Blend to mix.
Pour into a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat; continue cooking and stirring 2 minutes until thickened.
Makes 1 cup (8 ounces).
Use as a vegetable dip or serve hot over broccoli, cauliflower or macaroni.
