Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 stick oleo, melted
1 can coconut
1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 unbaked crusts
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Add eggs; beat slightly.
Add oleo and coconut.
Pour into crusts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 2 pies.
Can be frozen after cooking.
