Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops (2 per person)
    sauerkraut
    seasoning salt
    brown sugar
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    2 tart apples, peeled, cored and cut
    6 stalks celery, trimmed and sliced thin
    1 c. flat beer
    1 c. ginger ale
    1/4 tsp. fennel
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    Place a 1/4-inch bed of drained sauerkraut in a roasting pan. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and brown sugar.
    Arrange chops on top.
    Cover pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover and pour over dry sherry.
    Bake 20 minutes or until browned.
    Serve chops topped with vegetables.
