Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flaked salmon (including the liquid)
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    butter for frying
Preparation
    Combine salmon with salmon liquid.
    Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Form patties and fry in butter until nicely browned.
    Makes 2 to 4 servings.
