Tangy Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Discard bay leaf.
Use as a basting sauce for chicken, pork or beef.
