Spaghetti Sauce And Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic or powder
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
3 bay leaves
2 tomato paste cans water
1 large can tomato sauce or 1 qt. home canned tomatoes
salt and pepper
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Heat oil and saute onion and garlic about 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste, tomato sauce or canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, bay leaves and water.
If too thick, add a little more water.
Add meatballs and simmer 1 to 2 hours.
Serve over cooked spaghetti with garlic toast.
