California Walking Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. seedless grapes
    1 red apple
    1/2 c. raisins
    3/4 c. almonds
    1 head iceberg lettuce
Preparation
    Remove grapes from stems, core and cube apple; toast the slivered almonds.
    Combine these ingredients.
    Rinse, drain and chill lettuce.
    Carefully remove lettuce leaves from head, one at a time.
    Put 1/2 cup of fruit mixture in each lettuce cup.
    Serve out of hand.
    Makes 6 to 8 salads.
