German Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomatoes
    2 c. carrots
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/4 c. molasses
    onion
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a crock-pot.
    Over medium heat, cook slowly throughout the day.
