Vegetable Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
    1 box brown and wild rice, cooked according to directions
    1 (16 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped or grated
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and heat in microwave for about 5 minutes or regular oven at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, until vegetables are hot and steaming.
    Use a 1 1/2-quart casserole or 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Serve with a little soy sauce.
    A favorite dish for us.
