Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. chocolate chips
    1 lb. box light brown sugar
    1 1/3 sticks margarine
    3 eggs
    2 3/4 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Bake in 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt margarine and pour on brown sugar.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add eggs, baking powder, salt, flour and vanilla; beat until smooth.
    Add pecans and chocolate chips; mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
