Ingredients

2 egg whites, at room temperature
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pistachio nuts
Preparation

Beat egg whites and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Add sugar. Add chopped pistachio nuts.
Drop onto cookie sheet lined with brown paper bag.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool in off oven.
