Italian Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, cut up
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. milk
    2 cloves garlic
    2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 tsp. basil
    chopped parsley
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
    Make a batter with the egg, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken in batter and roll it in bread crumbs; set in pan, skin side up. Sprinkle with parsley and dot with butter.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
