Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 green peppers, chopped
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 bags nacho chips
    1 large Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Cook, drain and cool ground meat.
    Mix with next 5 ingredients.
    When ready to serve, crunch nachos in bag.
    Add crumbled chips and Catalina dressing.
