Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Bring the water to a boil.
    Add butter.
    Let butter melt completely, then stir in flour and soda.
    Stir until it leaves the side of the pan; beat until smooth.
    Cool slightly; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
    Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Don't open oven during the first 20 minutes.
    Remove puffs; cut near the bottom to let out steam.
    Fill with Cream Filling.
